Our story begins with two sisters born and raised in New Mexico who share a heritage-inspired love of fashion, New Mexico, and sustainability. After decades exploring our home state, both on and off the beaten path, we found ourselves wanting to share New Mexico’s beauty through clothing design rooted in landscape and culture. Each piece is crafted with respect for land and community. Stories of place are woven into every thread inviting you to experience the uplifting beauty of New Mexico.

Brand Philosophy

At Maile Market, we believe authenticity is extraordinary. We strongly cherish this belief and weave it into our clothing. Each piece is designed by artists that use truly luxurious materials sourced from fine craftswomen and craftsmen in the USA and Italy. Wool, organic cotton, and silk from the pockets to the liners so that you can wear luxury that lets you be your authentic self: extraordinary, bold, and beautiful.

Maile Name

Maile, pronounced my-lee, draws its name from the Hawaiian leaves traditionally woven into beautiful leis representing love, honor, and connection to culture.  This name reflects how love, honor, and connection to our heritage is woven into each design, with the hope that you feel uplifted as you wear each piece. 

Sustainability

We are dedicated to sustainability that nourishes you and the environment. This is why we design with silk, wool, and organic cotton. These natural fabrics are beautiful, breathable, long-lasting, and lovely to wear.
